Situated between I-85 and Buford Highway, this transformative master plan by HKS reimagines an underutilized site into a vibrant urban landmark celebrating cultural diversity and community identity. Comprising seven residential towers, a multi-level parking deck, and a tiered public realm, the design integrates retail spaces, cultural markets, green roofs, and recreational areas to foster inclusivity and connectivity.

The façade, crafted from precast concrete panels inspired by local artwork and traditions, embodies a rhythmic narrative of cultural expression while optimizing environmental performance through passive cooling strategies. At its core, the project redefines urban living by harmonizing sustainable growth with the dynamic spirit of Buford Highway, creating a destination that bridges tradition and modernity.
